Provide customers (both internal and external) requested parts and accessories in a timely manner. In addition to specifying the correctly needed items, the Parts Counterperson is responsible to solicit additional sales; charges out merchandise using the Dealer Management System, follow-up on special orders, tag, store and process warranty parts, assist in conducting inventory cycle counts and keep inventory area, parts counter and retail area/displays clean and orderly.

What You’ll Do:
Support the Shop: Stage and deliver parts to technicians accurately and efficiently to keep repair orders on schedule.
Expert Guidance: Help retail and wholesale customers identify the exact parts they need using electronic catalogs.
Inventory Mastery: Verify part numbers, manage shipments, and maintain an organized, clean warehouse environment.
Seamless Communication: Work closely with service advisors and technicians to provide accurate pricing and delivery timelines.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: Previous dealership parts experience is preferred.
Skills: Strong attention to detail, basic computer proficiency, and the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
Physical Ability: Must be comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting/moving parts up to 75 lbs.
Requirements: Valid driver’s license with a clean MVR; ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
