Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and professional New & Used Vehicle Sales Consultant to assist customers with the purchase of new and pre-owned vehicles. This role is responsible for guiding customers through the sales process, from initial contact to delivery, while providing a positive and transparent buying experience.
Responsibilities Include:
Assisting customers in selecting new and pre-owned vehicles that meet their needs
Conducting test drives and vehicle demonstrations
Presenting pricing, features, and financing options accurately
Maintaining customer information and follow-ups in the CRM
Working closely with management and the finance department to complete sales
Delivering excellent customer service before, during, and after the sale
Qualifications:
Strong communication and customer service skills
Self-motivated with a professional appearance and attitude
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
Prior automotive sales experience preferred, but not required
