Overall Summary

As a service consultant you will be responsible for initiating automotive services and repairs by ascertaining vehicle performance problems and service requests; verifying warranty and service contract coverage; developing estimates; writing repair orders; maintaining customer records. You will serve as the communicator and liaison between the customer and technician; ensuring the customer's needs are understood by the technician and the needed and recommended service/repairs are understood by the customer.

Service Consultant position requires an individual that can accurately determine what the customers needs are, and then work closely with our knowledgeable technicians to accurately maintain and repair their vehicles.
The position requires heavy phone interaction, computer usage & client appointment scheduling.

First impressions count. Applicants for the position must be customer friendly & be able to work in a fast paced environment.
Prior Automotive Knowledge is helpful, but not required.

Employment Position: Full Time

Salary: $33,000.00 - $50,000.00 Yearly
