We’re looking for a friendly and reliable Service Greeter/Porter to be the first point of contact for our valued customers. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and take pride in keeping things running smoothly, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly upon arrival and provide excellent first impressions
Use a tablet to efficiently check in customer vehicles
Inspect vehicles and take photos to document condition and any visible damage
Escort customers into the service center and introduce them to service advisors
Keep the service drive clean and organized by parking vehicles in designated areas
Retrieve and pull up vehicles for customers during pickup to ensure a smooth exit
Ideal Candidate:
Enjoys working with people and has a positive, proactive attitude
Is detail-oriented and organized
Can multitask and communicate clearly
Has a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
