About the role
We're looking for someone with a great eye and great energy to shoot and produce our electronic multi-point inspection (E-MPI) videos. These videos go directly to our customers to walk them through what our technicians found on their vehicle and what we recommend. A clear, engaging video builds trust and helps customers make confident decisions about their car.
This is a hands-on, in-person role. You'll be on the shop floor every day working side by side with our technicians and service advisors. All filming is done on company-provided tablets using our inspection software — no personal phones or laptops. Our service department runs weekends, so weekend availability is required.
What you'll do
Film and deliver E-MPI videos that are clear, engaging, and customer-friendly, using shop-issued tablets
Partner with technicians to capture the right footage of vehicle findings
Coordinate with service advisors so videos go out quickly and accurately
Keep quality and turnaround times consistent across a high volume of vehicles
Take on additional projects as assigned by management
What we're looking for
Availability to work weekends
Experience shooting short-form video — phone-shot or tablet content is absolutely fine
A portfolio or samples of your public work: social accounts, a reel, a YouTube channel, whatever shows what you can do
Comfortable filming on a tablet in an active service shop environment
Strong communication skills and a genuinely positive attitude
Reliable, self-directed, and able to keep pace in a fast-moving department
