We are looking for an organized, dependable, and hands-on Lot Manager to oversee vehicle flow and lot operations at our busy Hyundai dealership. This is an active leadership position for someone who takes pride in maintaining an orderly lot, works well in a fast-paced environment, and can keep vehicles moving efficiently between sales, service, detail, and delivery.

Responsibilities
Maintain an organized, clean, and professional dealership lot.
Coordinate the movement of new, used, customer, and service vehicles.
Supervise, train, and schedule lot attendants.
Ensure vehicles are parked in their designated areas and can be located quickly.
Keep fire lanes, service entrances, drive aisles, and customer parking areas clear.
Perform regular lot inventories and help locate missing or misplaced vehicles and keys.
Coordinate vehicles going to and returning from detail, body shops, vendors, and off-site storage.
Prepare vehicles for customer delivery, including checking cleanliness, fuel, placement, and readiness.
Assist with snow removal, weather preparation, and seasonal lot needs.
Monitor lot appearance and report vehicle damage or facility concerns immediately.
Work closely with sales, service, parts, detail, and management to prioritize daily vehicle needs.
Enforce dealership safety procedures and proper vehicle-handling practices.
Assist with vehicle transportation and other operational duties when needed.

Employment Position: Full Time

Salary: $20.00 - $20.00 Hourly
