Assistant Service Manager — Automotive Service

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Service Manager or Service Advisor to support our automotive service department and deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Responsibilities
Assist with the daily operations of the service department.
Provide professional, knowledgeable, and friendly customer service.
Review technician inspections and recommend necessary maintenance and repairs.
Effectively sell additional recommended services while building customer trust.
Use photos, videos, and digital vehicle inspections to clearly explain vehicle needs to guests.
Communicate repair recommendations in an easy-to-understand manner.
Assist with estimates, repair orders, scheduling, and workflow.
Work closely with technicians and Service Advisors to ensure quality and timely repairs.
Support customer satisfaction, sales, and retention goals.

Qualifications
2+ years of automotive service experience, preferably as a Service Advisor or Assistant Service Manager.
Strong knowledge of automotive maintenance and repair.
Proven ability to sell recommended services.
Experience with digital inspections, photos, and videos.
Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
Valid driver's license.

Employment Position: Full Time

Salary: $60,000.00 - $95,000.00 Yearly
