Efficient and effective at on the job learning to apply to new vehicles and technology when concerns arise. Improved diagnostic skills through training & experience, and competent in complex mechanical repairs.

Responsibilities
Complete repair and maintenance tasks outlined on work orders while meeting dealership quality and productivity standards
Inspect, road test, and evaluate vehicles using advanced diagnostic equipment and manufacturer-approved service tools
Troubleshoot, service, and repair a wide range of vehicle systems, including engines, transmissions, steering, suspension, brakes, electrical components, HVAC, and other mechanical systems
Collaborate with Service Advisors to communicate repair findings, recommend additional services when necessary, and provide accurate repair time estimates
Perform warranty repairs in compliance with manufacturer procedures, specifications, and quality requirements
Qualifications
ASE certifications preferred but not required
Strong automotive background
Strong teamwork skills
Willing to submit to a drug screen & background check
Must have clean & valid driver's license
