Bob Rohrman Hyundai is seeking a skilled and dependable Automotive Service Technician to join our growing service department. We are looking for someone who takes pride in quality repairs, works efficiently, and is committed to providing an excellent customer experience.
Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical vehicle concerns
Perform maintenance and repairs according to manufacturer specifications
Complete accurate and thorough multi-point inspections
Use diagnostic equipment to identify vehicle concerns
Clearly document the cause of each concern and the correction performed
Communicate repair recommendations to service advisors
Perform quality-control checks and verify repairs
Complete required manufacturer training and certifications
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Protect customers’ vehicles while they are in your care
Qualifications
Previous automotive repair experience is preferred
Hyundai, Genesis, or dealership experience is a plus
ASE certifications are preferred but not required
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
Must provide your own basic tools
Dependable, professional, and team-oriented
Willingness to complete Hyundai training and maintain required certifications
