Red McCombs Hyundai is looking for motivated, experienced automotive mechanic/technician to help grow and expand our thriving and state of the art Service Department. We offer a 5 day work week and all training hours are paid!

Position Responsibilities Include:
• Perform routine maintenance, diagnostic work, and mechanical repairs on customer vehicles.
• Communicate clearly with service advisors and parts personnel on what is needed to properly service vehicles.
• Complete vehicle services and/or repairs in a timely manner per customer satisfaction.
• Quality checks all work performed on vehicles.
• Document all work performed on repair orders.
• Complete Hyundai Training and Certifications as needed to advance in your career path.
• Keep the work area as well as the service shop clean, organized, and safe.
• Electrical diagnostics is a HUGE plus!
• Out of town training with overnight stays
Requirements
Must posses a complex understanding of vehicle electrical systems, and be willing to continue ongoing manufacturer training.
Hyundai welcomes experienced technicians from other OEMs. The program allows technicians with training from an industry-recognized source, other than Hyundai, to test out of certain Hyundai instructor-led technical training courses, provided they meet certain requirements.
