automobile without supervision. In most cases, are leaders in the shop and chosen to support the development
of other technicians when needed. At times, may be called upon to interface with customers in various
capacities.

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Master Level A Technician to join our Hyundai service team. The ideal candidate is a strong diagnostic technician who takes pride in quality work, works efficiently in a fast-paced dealership environment, and is committed to delivering an excellent service experience for every customer.
What You’ll Do
• Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs on Hyundai vehicles, including engine, transmission, suspension, brake, steering, HVAC, electrical, and drivability systems.
• Use Hyundai factory scan tools, service information, wiring diagrams, and technical service bulletins to identify root causes and complete repairs correctly the first time.
• Inspect, test, and repair complex electrical and electronic systems, including modules, sensors, CAN communication networks, infotainment, and advanced driver assistance systems.
• Complete warranty, customer-pay, and internal repair orders accurately and in compliance with Hyundai and dealership standards.
• Perform road tests and final quality-control checks to verify repairs and ensure safe vehicle operation.
• Communicate clearly with service advisors and parts personnel regarding diagnosis, needed parts, additional repairs, and repair timelines.
• Maintain productivity and efficiency while delivering high-quality workmanship and minimizing comebacks.
• Stay current on Hyundai technical training, certification requirements, recalls, service campaigns, and new model technology.
• Assist in mentoring apprentice and lower-level technicians by sharing technical knowledge and best practices.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area and follow all dealership, OSHA, EPA, and hazardous-waste handling requirements.
