The role of a service assistant is the following:
- Answering and dispatching phone calls to the proper person
- Scheduling service appointments for the service center from phone calls and online requests
- Check out and in service loaner vehicles
- Calling clients to confirm satisfaction
- Assist service writers in checking in clients for their service
- Help move vehicles around the property to keep the service drive clear
- Call clients to provide updates and progress of their vehicle
