Overall Summary

Provide customers (both internal and external) requested parts and accessories in a timely manner. In addition to specifying the correctly needed items, the Parts Counterperson is responsible to solicit additional sales; charges out merchandise using the Dealer Management System, follow-up on special orders, tag, store and process warranty parts, assist in conducting inventory cycle counts and keep inventory area, parts counter and retail area/displays clean and orderly.

We are looking for new parts associate who is energetic, eager to learn, and candidates with a POSITIVE attitude. We are family like atmosphere and strive to have polite, helpful employees. Having Reynolds and Reynolds software experience, and automotive parts experience is a plus, but not required. We are expanding our wholesale department and desire friendly, fast service to our wholesale customers/family. Must haves are a good driving record and again, a positive attitude. Job duties will be looking up parts on our parts diagrams, billing on our management software, handing out parts to our techs, dealing with our retail counter customers, warehousing the inventory ( Including receiving and delivering to the mid-state), moving engines and transmissions with a floor jack, keeping the warehouse clean, and helping with overall dealership needs. Position is Tuesday through Saturday( 8:30 to 5:30-Saturday is only 8 to 1).
