The Administrative Assistant plays a key role in supporting our service advisors and technicians by keeping communication, paperwork, and customer flow on track. This is a part-time position with flexible hours, ideal for someone looking for a steady role with room to learn and grow.
What You’ll Do
Welcome customers warmly and provide helpful support during their visit
Answer phones, schedule appointments, and assist with daily communication
Prepare and organize repair orders and other service documents
Support advisors and technicians to ensure efficient workflow
Assist with basic cashiering, warranty paperwork, and general office tasks
Help maintain an organized, customer-friendly service environment
What We’re Looking For
Friendly, positive attitude and strong communication skills
Good attention to detail and ability to stay organized
Comfortable in a fast-paced setting
Basic computer skills; dealership experience is helpful but not required
Willing to learn and grow within a customer-service-driven environment
Schedule & Flexibility
Part-time with flexible hours (we can work around school schedules, family needs, or other commitments)
Light Saturday availability is helpful but not required depending on fit
