Franchise Automotive Group looking to hire experienced Automotive BDC representative.
The BDC Representative Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $16.50 and $17.00. The position may also pay commission compensation which is based on the value or amount of closed sales achieved from $0.00 (if no sales are made) without any upper limit other than sales performance. In past years commission bonuses have been in excess of $12,000 a year.
Education
· High school diploma or the equivalent.
Licenses
· Driver's License
· Sales License
Specialized
· Experience working with and administering Customer Satisfaction Index questionnaires and or surveys is a plus.
Job-Specific Expectations
· Ability to administer Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) questions to customers and decipher the outcomes of those questionnaires.
· Assist with answering customer inquiries and problems by routing customer to the appropriate contact and or department.
· Ability to effectively communicate with customers via face-to-face, phone, chat, email or by other means of communication.
· Conduct telephone and in-person transactions courteously and promptly.
· Understand the terminology of the automobile business and keep abreast of technology changes in the product.
· Attend pertinent training and stay current with sales department concerns and sales techniques.

· Determine management, production, and quality requirements by asking questions and listening.
· Attend company meetings as required.

Physical Requirements
· Spend time outdoors in the weather and elements as well as time indoors in air-conditioned areas.
· Sitting, standing, walking, bending, twisting stooping kneeling, squatting, reaching, and hand/finger movement on a regular basis.
· Lifting overhead, pushing, pulling, and grasping infrequently.
· Lifting over 10-25 lbs infrequently.
